Sheila has had an extensive athletic background that led her into the fitness industry. In 1991, she became Jackson’s first certified private fitness trainer with the National Academy of Sport’s Medicine (NASM).
Sheila has a B.S. in Microbiology and over 20 years’ experience as a Certified Private Fitness Trainer with NASM and as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at St John’s Medical Center. She has had extensive personal post-operative physical therapy and 30 years of weight training experience. With insight into health and wellness, she develops fitness programs around each individual’s personal needs.
Sheila strives to enable individuals to achieve their fitness goals through assessment, exercise program design, and safe execution of the exercise plan. Her personal hope is that each individual obtains a healthier lifestyle for body and mind.

Greg has lived in Wyoming since 1976 and has been a resident of Jackson Hole since 1980. Greg’s life long passion for health and fitness lead him to become a personal trainer. Greg has been certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise,(ACE) for over ten years and has had experience as a medical exercise specialist. Greg started working as a personal trainer at the Teton Sports Club in 2001.
Kate is a personal trainer and massage therapist with over 16 years of experience. Kate focuses on enabling athletes to enjoy their outdoor sports through training and massage at the gym.
Working in Jackson Hole, at the base of the Tetons, Kate’s experience has primarily focused on gearing people’s gym work outs for success in their sports outside. She helps people reach their functional fitness goals no matter their sport or age. Kate has worked with people of all ability levels at Teton Sports Club and serving the communities of Jackson, Wilson and Teton Village.
Kate is committed to both personal training and massage for the long term, and continues to pursue education to enhance her effectiveness in both vocations. Her massage practice is always busy because people want to return to their favorite sports quickly. She enjoys enabling athletes to fully take advantage of the challenging Tetons playground.
Jessie was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. Skiing and biking were part of her life from a very early age. After earning her BS in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, she became a personal trainer in 2000. Since then, she has learned and been reminded everyday that we are all wonderfully unique.
Jessie’s further training as a Medical Exercise Specialist, USA Cycling Coach, and National Ski Patroller has taught her even more about the human body, the human mind, and the human spirit. She finds deep satisfaction in working with those who have been injured.
Jessie also enjoys working with new mothers during their pregnancies and postpartum. The recent birth of her own child has given her new insights into the special needs of new mothers.
Jessie is thankful for everyone that she has ever worked with, because each has taught her invaluable lessons. She looks forward to meeting you, working with you, and learning from you.
Tim Gibbons is a Jackson Hole native that has been working as a personal trainer for over six years. He enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, helping them set and achieve their fitness goals. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and being outdoors in order to experience all the activities of Jackson Hole and the surrounding area.
