Returning to the world of fitness after having 3 children, Rachel became instantly passionate about Barre ballet. Over the past decade, she has completed 3 different barre certifications: ‘Barre Focus Fitness’, ‘Exhale’(modules 1,2 and 3 with Fred DeVito), and ‘Fly Barre’. She credits Barre for transforming her body, improving her posture, re-creating definition, building strength and reaching her highest level of fitness ever. Rachel is dedicated to transforming the minds and bodies of her clients. Her goal is to motivate and inspire her clients throughout each and every class and for her clients to leave feeling more confident with themselves. Rachel strives to share the same passion that she has for Barre with all of her clients. Through her attention to detail, form and alignment, Rachel brings her clients to a higher level of fitness, strength and flexibility within each class or private session.
Rachel has taught Barre, Level 2, Barre Cardio, Basic Barre and private sessions and is currently teaching at the ‘Teton Sports Club’ in the Aspens. Rachel is excited to be re-joining ‘Pursue Movement’ in their new location this winter. Rachel continues to guest teach and previously taught at ‘Barre Focus Fitness’ in Haverford. She has also taught at ‘Focus Barre & Yoga’ in Philadelphia, ‘Focus Fitness’ in Bryn Mawr, ‘Pursue Movement’ in Jackson Hole, ‘Shooting Star Golf and Ski Resort’ in Teton Village and previously owned ‘Ski Barre’ in the Aspens. In addition to Barre, Rachel loves spending time biking and hiking in the Tetons. She is also a passionate skier, loves to go on long walks with her 2 dogs, travel and enjoys practicing yoga. Rachel has her group fitness certification through ‘AFAA’. Rachel is First Aid and CPR certified in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Wyoming.
