Tuesday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM with Chloe Stirn

 

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together and moving from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Practicing Vinyasa yoga allows for improved strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
