Get ready to sweat in this intense cardiovascular workout! A great physical workout on indoor bikes that will combine hills and sprints to build both strength and endurance. The climbs will give you definition in the muscles of the legs while the anaerobic intervals will build your lung capacity (VO2 max). Suitable for all fitness levels, just arrive 5 minutes before class to adjust your bike. Don’t forget your water bottle!
