An Intense class that focuses on using resistance work and weights to sculpt and tone your entire body, with power intervals thrown in the mix. Special attention is placed on major muscles of the core, while strengthening legs, arms and glutes. An excellent way to cross-train and challenge yourself to a greater level of fitness and a more toned body!
